Very poor service. Ordered the food at 8 pm on the app.where the prices are 20%higher than the printed menu and then they say we give 25% discount. First lie. . Rung them up at 9.30 on was told that the order has already left.seconf lie. I stay barely 1.5km away. Till 10.30pm did not receive the order . Rung them again. After 4 attempts call received. Kept on hold by Jenny for 15mins. No clue of my order. Now tells me that someone new spoke with me. The order has not left yet.....what a joke.

Excellent Food with Pathetic Delivery System on weekends. They took 2 hours to deliver my food, we ate at almost mid night. The crispy corn was soggy because of the delayed delivery. Chef's make delicious food, the delivery management team needs to improve especially on weekends. Swiggy and Zomato are best when it comes to delivery, its their thing and they have mastered it. If you want their special discounts by ordering from their app, be ready to pay the price , that's Delayed Order.

Worst app due to limitation of menu size. Home Delivery time NO GUARANTEE. I waited for 1.5 hours & food never arrived!! Suggest never prepay online. Opt for cash on delivery. Incase of such delay, you can always reject or return your delayed cold food.

Pathetic app from a pathetic restaurant chain. The first time I ordered food from the app and after 2.5 hrs am still waiting! Already deleted the lousy app. I don't know why companies waste their time and money to launch apps just to screw up their reputation and goodwill if at all they have any in the market.
