App says there are counselors available, but there is only one listed and it's unclear if she's been active recently. And unless you pin a conversation to your wall or save it in some way, there's no real way of telling on which posts you've previously commented. Also, the hearts system is a little confusing as most of the time you have no idea from which post you received a heart. Overall simple enough. Post a problem and wait for reply. I think a lot of teens use this app.
