App is very pretty, but does not work well: - during registration, it considered several times that my PIN was incorrect. After 3-4 attempts, it was accepted. And if you pause to look at the user's manual, the Bluetooth connection is lost and you can forget about registration and start from scratch. - As a general rule, everything regarding the connection to the dongle is very slow: about 30 s for every interaction. My phone is 30 cm away from the dongle (it is below the wheel, not in the trunk) - Notifications pile up: notifications for Trip started / stopped appear after each start / stop, even if there is already such a notification. - I get a 'firmware update required' for each trip. When I click on it, it connects to the dongle (30 s), shows the current revision (30 s) and then tells me that the firmware is up to date. - I just launched the app in order to give details about another issue, and the app seems to have renamed itself to TCS connect and lost my registration information - Trip details show 'location is being determine' even days after a trip. - My car (Passat GTE) had an issue (too much oil) that was not reported. Phone is Pixel 3. This app needs a lot of work...

Does not work on my device. Crashes immediately. Works on an older device, but on that it fails to connect with the car/connector. See it in bluetooth devices, but it won't connect and the app doesn't get any data from the car... Waste of time...
