The Vallorbe Caves have developed an augmented reality application that integrates 3D virtual elements into a real environment. Thanks to this new application, travellers will be able to discover brand new information on the formation of the Vallorbe caves and its history, as well as short quizzes throughout the visit.

This application offers the possibility to choose 3 different ways of visiting the caves:

A fun, educational visit for families and children

A visit for adults who want to learn more about the caves

A visit dedicated to people with reduced mobility who cannot access all the secrets of the Vallorbe caves.

You will find test patterns along the way. By scanning them with your application, you will see new content about the caves appear on your screen. The fairy Valda will be your guide throughout the visit, and you will be guided by her instructions. She will give you an unforgettable experience between reality and the fairy world.
