The app is a great idea and can be useful but my problem with it is that it keeps signing me out, which is frustrating. I will receive a notification saying there is a new message from child's school but when I click on the notification I will be taken to the log in page, as i have been logged out. If this app contained financial information then i would understand but it doesn't so i can't understand why it keeps logging me out. Other schools use other apps and I know they do not log you out.
