The app does nothing but throw errors when you try to do anything. Nothing works! I should have checked reviews of the app before purchasing. Reviews of these bugs go back 6 months with no fix yet. They do not care it seems about people not being able to use the product they purchase. They cost a good bit of money and to not be usable is not acceptable. At least I am not too far into it to abort and spend my money with another company.

App won't install correctly, everytime I attempt to open a project or setup account I receive error message after error message. Really cant be bothered trying to get this to work for my daughter.....will be returning the little bits to the point of purchase as the app to support is a complete failure.

This is ridiculous. The app crashes every time I try to connect with ble unit,the Cloudbit unit has been withdrawn for now - how are we supposed to connect the device to the internet? massive waste of money, I want my money back

Really? I got the kit for Christmas and have had a good experience with you so far, but now the app only throws errors at you. Same with uour other apps. I have re installed this app four times and there is never an update. Very frustrating.

Was great. Is now buggy and cannot load a list of products.

Nonstarter on 2 devices: it complains it cannot download the product list. Since the droids instructions are in the app, I've wasted my money and time.
