MyGuide™ from MPower Me™ helps users develop and strengthen independence skills and meet personal goals. MyGuide is designed to increase self-sufficiency and independence!

With MyGuide, users and families learn and practice how to build personalized lessons. Families and mentors demonstrate goal setting and task analysis to help build lessons that are fun and effective!

MyGuide helps users in three modes:
PLAY
MyGuide plays secure and confidential digital lessons to guide a user with independent living skills. MyGuide lessons can be triggered manually, on a schedule, within a GPS boundary, or with biosensor triggers.

BUILD
MyGuide helps family, mentors, agencies and users program personalized lessons. With MyGuide, the builder creates task steps; selects photos, videos, and words to describe steps in the task; schedules when lessons will play; and selects how the user’s progress will be tracked.

When paired with MPower Me’s TechMentor services, users receive intermediate or advanced technical mentoring to build personalized MyGuide lessons. Contact info@mpm.care. Experienced users need little or no technical assistance.

REPORT
MyGuide helps users express their feelings, thoughts, and activities through personalized reports. MyGuide records and stores two types:
1. Use – the date and time when the user views each screen of the lesson.
2. Self-Reports – detailed responses the user gives as prompted by a MyGuide lesson.

Users have sole control over who sees their reports. Family or mentors can get real-time usage notifications and access detailed reports to track progress and help users refine lessons.
