Audible player lacks any kind of vol control & my car's phone bracket blocks side vol buttons. This widget is a fantastic solution. Only thing that could improve would be the option to make its buttons even larger. But works great with aud. widget as is.

I don't often leave app reviews, but when I find an app that does just what it says and without ceaseless ads, I think it bears acknowledgment. Well done!

After updating (which was around 10 hours ago) widgets disappeared. I reinstalled the app and restarted my phone still nothing.

Exactly what it says it is. This is the only app on google that allows you to set your ringer volume to zero without triggering vibrating mode (which coincide with my phone's default settings). And just In case people don't understand what a widget is, a widget is a simple app that is used mainly for displaying information. It does not need to have an app icon, and it does not recognize sophisticated touch gestures other than single taps/clicks.

Quite a neat widget, I think. Works fine on Android 2.1.6. No weird permissions needed, either. I highly recommend this app for users who like a widget that does what it's supposed to.

It would be cool if you could slide your finger over the widget and alter the volume like that. When i try it, my screen moves.

About this app

There are plenty of volume widgets that will show you the volume and take you to the volume settings when you tap them. But, very few actually let you adjust the volume using the widget itself.

This volume control widget shows the volume and actually lets you adjust it. Simple, easy to use, no need to enter the settings. It's exactly what you're looking for when you search the market for a volume widget.

NOTE: On Android 3.0 and higher, the widget may not show up in the widget menu immediately after install. Restarting your launcher or rebooting your device should fix it. This is a known Android problem, and there is nothing I can do about it.
