Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing AvoidX on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.
  4. Wait a few seconds for the installation to complete. Once done, the installed app will appear on the BlueStacks home screen. Click its icon to start using the application.

Using LDPlayer

  1. Download and install LDPlayer from https://www.ldplayer.net.
  2. Drag the APK/XAPK file directly into LDPlayer.

Overview...

AvoidX is a one way communication messaging application. You can send messages to groups you create and all members will receive your message via SMS*, e-mail, and/or push notifications**. Once you sign-up for a FREE AvoidX account, you can start creating groups, joining groups, and sending messages.

How it Works...

To first use AvoidX you need to sign-up for a FREE AvoidX account. Once you are all signed up, you can begin to use AvoidX's services. In order to send messages you need to create a group and then have other AvoidX members join your group. Once your group has members, you can begin to send messages to all members in that group. Based on the member’s preferences, messages will be received via SMS, e-mail, and/or push notifications. Please note however that you have a limit on how many SMS you can send. Each month you are given 30 FREE SMS*** for just being a AvoidX member; more SMS can be purchased**** in the AvoidX Store in the application for as low as $1.99 USD. E-mail and push notifications are unlimited however, so even if you run out of your 30 FREE SMS, you can still ensure that your messages will reach your group’s members.

The purpose of AvoidX is to create an easy means of instant communication inside any organization. AvoidX is a user-friendly tool that allows you to make communicating easier for all individuals in different areas of your organization.

Functions of AvoidX...

AvoidX users will be able to create, invite and join groups in order to interact with each other. Group members will also receive notifications on their hand-held mobile devices via push notifications, SMS, and E-mails.
