Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing KROWD on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.
  4. Wait a few seconds for the installation to complete. Once done, the installed app will appear on the BlueStacks home screen. Click its icon to start using the application.

Using LDPlayer

  1. Download and install LDPlayer from https://www.ldplayer.net.

Great app, lots of great deals! User interface may take a couple times of scanning to get used to, but all this is an awesome app with huge potential 😁

Did not understand the deals available, as you need to scan them in. Thought it would show you deals available in locations and pick them not find coupons...maybe a detailed user guide would be helpful.

Great way to save some extra cash on hotels! I travel quite a bit so it's awesome that you get rewarded for using the app! Can't wait to be able to use it at more locations

Krowds mission is to cut down the cost of living by granting users with access to discounts and promotions on the things you really want in life with its free mobile app and barcode system.

HOW TO USE KROWD:

Collect Krowd codes:
Krowd codes can be collected through sign up (15 codes at point of sign up) or by scanning the Krowd bar code displayed at partner companies, sport and community organizations, charities, and many other unique avenues.

Search for discounts and offers:
Use the map, list search, key word or browse for Krowd partnered companies offers, deals and loyalty programs.

Redeem:
Scan the Krowd bar code at partnered companies to redeem access to the offered discount, or loyalty program. Most transactions only require one Krowd code per use, unless otherwise stated. The determined number of Krowd codes will be subtracted from your profile per redeemed offer.

Loyalty Offers:
Within Krowd many of our partners offer loyalty programs. These require users to collect Krowd codes at their specific company to be used for their specific loyalty offer. Each loyalty offer is different and the number of codes required to redeem the offers varies. General use Krowd codes cannot be moved into company partner specific loyalty programs. However loyalty codes can be transferred to general use Krowd codes. This transfer of loyalty Krowd codes to general use is a one-way transfer and non-reversible.
