the new app update is litteral garbage. the scanner will scan anything that slightly resembles a barcode now even just text and will say invalid or it wont focus on the barcode and say not found. also they got rid of product locations within the store which is idiodic now i have to find the book on my app and go to a computer. this app is now completely useless. (update) thank you for the reply. the issue with scanner is weird as it was fine before. hope you can fix it.

The app barely works. There are constant issues with pages getting stuck while loading. It is particularly frustrating when it happens midway through checking out and you don't know if the order went through. I had hoped that they would use the new app to fix the issues the old one had, but somehow it's even worse

I can't delete anything from my cart even if something isn't in stock. There's an item that I had for in store pickup that is no longer in stock and I can't check out now because it won't let me delete the item or switch to 'ship to an address'. Basically the app is useless now because I can't use it to shop. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but nothing works.

I am uninstalling it after posting this review, as it had so many issues that it effectively makes it impossible for me to do ANYTHING (even opening a item page for something on Indigo, just to share it, to say nothing of submitting an order or reviewing order history...) on my phone. I'll stick with the browser version.

The app never works anymore. It worked perfectly fine when I first downloaded it, but in the last few months everytime I open the app only the home page will load. I can't look at any books or any other product which entirely defeats the purpose of having the app.

Constant issues since this new app launched. It will not save my preferred store location, I have to search for my city with every single book. I can't check out, at all, it will let me add items to my cart but I cannot even view my cart. About half the time I open the app I, the menu bar at the bottom never loads, I have to close out of everything and relaunch to be able to search, see my profile, etc. Overall I would give it negative stars but of course I can't.
