Unable to submit bylaw complaint. No support options for end users. Even the submit option for support on the developer's website doesn't work.

Update: Reinstalled the app and am giving it another shot. It appears the ability to report city/bylaw issues is back. -----‐---------- This used to be a great app. For some stupid reason, the latest update has removed the ability to report municipal issues like graffiti or property standards from within the app. Also, it used to have the functionality to report parking exemptions and now that's gone too. This has made the app completely useless to me in the city of Waterloo. Will be deleting it.

I'm very glad to have this app and think it's great the city is using it. When typing in issues, the keyboard covers the text boxes when they are at the bottom of the form which is awkward. Sometimes when submitting form the app hangs.
