What a joke. I'm stuck and needed assistance but have to deal with this garbage app. It won't even let me log in and it won't let me reset my password. How did this get past the testing stage? People rely on CAA in emergencies and they've somehow released the least reliable app I've ever seen. Pure incompetence.

Is this app a cruel joke? 1)Start app / have to update to "new" app 2) Select breakdown location : Map defaults to view of world / bc I might have broken down in the Aegean Sea 3) zoom in to local location and drop pin in street in the middle of metropolitan centre: app - could not get address for location 3) Enter address directly: app - could not get address for location 4) Only option remaining: cancel : would you like to cancel roadside assistance? 5) Begin Phone Call to CAA

Terrible so far. Slow and buggy, logging in with the right login gave me errors 2-3 times before working, I can see some native code displaying, can't access my account. As a developer, I find it hard to believe this is officially released.

I had to upgrade from my old app to this new one which went fine. I was able to log in, request a tow and was very satisfied with the whole process. However, couple hours after getting towed, I went back into the app and it is asking for my membership again. When I try to sign in again I get a message that there is an active request and signing in with a different account will lose access to it. When I continue with signing in, I just get an "unexpected error" message and can't continue.

My experience so far is very different to a lot of the negative reviews. Since this app is surprisingly not a direct upgrade to previous CAA version (might be a different web app vendor), uninstall the old one from phone. Download this one and enter your login details (I knew my username from before). It does freeze at first (and that's why I deducted a star). You need to force stop on the app (look for your apps list) and then restart the app. It should then work as normal.

CAA need to hire a better app development team. Why does it stop working when an upgrade is needed and unlike all other professional apps there should be no need to start at the beginning to add my number then user id and PW. Not a good user exp.
