If you're a Telus user you won't be able to sign in because of an annoying error they supposedly know about but aren't bothering to fix. I've messaged them on Instagram and Twitter and no one gets back to you. Shame, would have been nice to use this app. Think of how many viewers their advertisers are missing out on because they won't fix this issue...

Telus customers can't use this app as there is a known problem. Disc. Is not working on this at this time as it has been two weeks with no response or resolution. I have contacted telus and they can't even get in on the backend. What a shame Discovery Canada. Feb1 check in as per dm on face book. Still no change. #discovreyisdisapointing

Cannot log in on any device. Keep getting an error. By the looks of things I am not the only one with Telus and this issue. Poor customer service. Looks like I need to stop supporting Discovery and Cancel my subscription.

Love these go apps works great. Have shaw blue curve & have never ever had an issue with this or any other network app. Ditched telus after 10 years and am so happy I did!! Telus sucks!

If you have kids watch out for gambling commercials as letaly it's very other one . Update: crave team where great about getting back to me with regards to the Telus login issue and is working with Telus to fix said issue. The team emailed me promptly everytime, as I didn't respond promptly back, I was then greeted by an email checking up on thing and asking questions in regards to said issue logging in through Telus. Even though I might have been frustrated about the app crave team are great.

This app needs lots of work it is always freezing the ads play but the show doesn't want to load half the time Trying to watching old episodes of gold rush and episodes are all mixed up and if you stop playing a episode and try to watch it again it doesn't save your spot.
