You don't reward loyalty with a quirky app that is frustrating to use. Two days ago it worked perfectly. Today it would not work because they were doing updates at 330 pm. I have to save my receipt and hope I receive credit for today's purchase. The cashier was not able to use my phone number to credit my account. The food is excellent, the technology, not so much.

It's impossible to make changes to your account info. Even if you can enter in your password when it asks you to confirm (without a keyboard), it still won't actually update when you hit the update button. So I have to enter in the wrong phone number for the rest of eternity apparently, unless they fix it.

I like the app, especially with the ads. However, the ad / coupons do not get added to your list when you select them in ad and add them. The app needs some work.
