Using BlueStacks

Tento entrar com meu número USP e a minha senha do Júpiter Web, mas aparece que o usuário ou a senha estão errados, sendo que ambos estão certos! Consigo logar no site do Júpiter normalmente com meu login e minha senha. Já tentei logar com a senha específica (marcando o campo "esqueci minha senha") no Júpiter, e nada. No site entrou normal em todas as vezes. Já no app...
