Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Plantas Exóticas on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

About this app

Este aplicativo é desenvolvido no âmbito do Projeto “Ecologia e Manejo de Plantas Invasoras no Estado do Rio de Janeiro” financiado pelo edital FAPERJ 39/2021.

A chave de identificação das espécies vegetais é baseada no artigo: “Durigan, G., Ivanauskas, N. M., Zakia, M. J. B., & Abreu, R. C. R. (2013). Control of invasive plants: ecological and socioeconomic criteria for the decision making process. Natureza & Conservação, 11(1), 23-30. https://doi.org/10.4322/natcon.2013.003” publicado na Revista Natureza & Conservação.

O desenvolvimento é resultado de parceria entre o PET-SI, coordenado pelo professor Sérgio Manuel Serra da Cruz do Departamento de Computação do ICE e o professor Rodolfo Cesar Real de Abreu, do Laboratório de Ecologia Aplicada (LEAp) do Instituto de Florestas da UFRRJ.
Nesta primeira fase, o aplicativo visa ajudar a catalogar plantas encontradas em trilhas dentro de Unidades de Conservação. Ele permite adicionar, georeferenciar observações e classificar plantas de acordo com as ocorrências nas trilhas percorridas. Os dados inseridos podem ser exportados para análise externa.
