Using BlueStacks

1. Estou tentando abrir o aplicativo e ele diz que "O Saber parou".
Sentimos muito pelo inconveniente. Para resolver essa questão há dois caminhos possíveis:
a. reinstalar o aplicativo;
b. limpar dados do aplicativo em seu celular. Isso varia de aparelho para aparelho, mas o caminho costuma ser parecido com: Configurar > Aplicativos > Gerenciador de aplicações > Saber > Armazenamento > Limpar dados

2. Quais os requisitos mínimos pra acessar o Saber no meu dispositivo?
