O aplicativo é excelente, mas precisa melhorar o sistema de mensagens. As mensagens não sobem automaticamente, o que torna o processo de comunicação cansativo.

O serviço de vocês é muito bom. Tive um atendimento pelo Facebook extremamente atencioso que resolveu meu problema. Até agora também vejo que os entregadores são muito profissionais. O seu defeito está no app que tem muito a melhorar, pois tem muitos bugs (não aparece os detalhes do pedido ou cancelamento, ele impede o uso por não estar atualizado mesmo estando, eu não consigo dar nota ao entregador, etc). E, como sugestão, falta uma opção de falar com o suporte por chat no app mesmo. ;)

Além de ter o pedido cancelado por falta de entregadores duas vezes seguidas, quando fui tentar fazer o pedido novamente o cupom de desconto constou como usado.
