Só levou uma estrela porque não tem como dar ZERO. Horrível, terrível, sofrível, uma vergonha de aplicativo. Falha nos quesitos mais básicos de funcionalidade: não permite apagar mensagens, não replica o comportamento em mais de um dispositivo NA MESMA CONTA, não expande horizontalmente quando usado em tablet, repete notificações de mensagens já lidas, coloca limite de caracteres em comentários sobre o MESMO atendimento, tem "falha de conexão" por qualquer motivo... Se eu continuar a lista vou passar meu dia aqui. (A vergonha suprema mesmo é uma escola confiar TODA a comunicação entre família e escola a um aplicativo tão terrivelmente amador e ruim. SImplesmente patético.)
