About this app

Paulo Roberto Leite de Arruda tem 57 anos e é natural da Vitória de Santo Antão. Casado com Raissa de Deus e Melo Albuquerque, é pai de cinco filhos e tem hoje quatro netos. Graduado em Direito, especialista em Direito Administrativo, é mestre e doutorando em Educação.

Ingressou na área educacional ainda jovem, com fundação do Colégio RADAR em 1983. Em 1998, idealizou mais um empreendimento: a Faculdade Escritor Osman da Costa Lins (FACOL), referência na educação do estado. Mais tarde, no ano 2000, criou a Fundação Educativa da Vitória de Santo Antão (FUNDEVISA).

Desportista de coração, fundou e foi presidente do Vitória, que chegou a conquistar vários títulos e se tornar referência nacional do futebol feminino. Atualmente, é presidente de honra do time.

Exerceu as funções de Tabelião substituto e Oficial de Registro, Escrivão do Cível e do Eleitoral da Comarca da Vitória de Santo Antão, entre 1994 a 2000. Também em 2000, recebeu da Federação Pernambucana de Futebol o título de Benemérito do Futebol Pernambucano.

Em 2009, foi contemplado com o título de Doutor Honoris Causa, HAME – Honorable Academia Mundial de Educacion. Em 2012, foi agraciado com título honorífico de Cidadão Chagrandese. Em 2013, foi premiado pelo Comitê Olímpico Brasileiro pelo incentivo ao esporte olímpico.

Em 2014, idealizou a Cidade Universitária Governador Marco Maciel (CDUGMMA), no Loteamento Conceição II, em Vitória. Em junho 2017, durante a solenidade em comemoração aos 192 anos da Polícia Militar de Pernambuco, foi condecorado com Medalha Pernambucana do Mérito Policial Militar, mais alta condecoração da PMPE, sendo sua outorga concebida pelo governador do Estado. Em dezembro de 2017, foi agraciado pela Câmara de Vereadores da Vitória com a Comenda Mariana Amália, mais alta condecoração do município.
