I can no longer login on the app. After entering user name and password the app requires a "verifiable" phone number....no matter what number I enter it tells me the number is invalid and will not go any further or provide any other option for access or support. I sent a request via the website and haven't received any confirmation that it was received. I was hoping to update and use my Blue card at an upcoming meeting, first one in over a year, but so far I'm stuck; please help.

My experience has been horrible. Since I bought this product it hasn't worked. On top of that there is no customer support. I have submitted tickets but nothing has come about. As far as I'm concerned this is just trash. It does not work like they said and they do not have a real support team to be on top of customer issues.

None of the links work anymore. Just says invalid link or something went wrong... This app is trash. So glad I didn't spend money on their actual Card.
