I love this app but I am very disappointed as I paid for the premium version and the app hasn''t worked for 2 weeks. I have sent 3 emails to the technical department with no answer. I don't expect an immediate response but 2 weeks it is unnacceptable for a decent customer service. As I said, I love your app but your customer service needs to improve lots. I still need an upgrade to fix my problem as the videos open on youtube instead of bluekara. I trust you will fix my problem as soon as possible. Regards

No customer service whatsoever. I emailed twice... 4 days agywr I bought the $40.99 app, I can NOT link to YouTube. What a horrible scam!!!!
