I installed the app years ago and it still holds lots of unresolved problems. Very slow at starting series. The ads break the app completely and restart the episodes every time. In the first 15 min I get 3 ad blocks every time. I'm wondering how it is possible for VTM to have such an incredibly broken and out of date app.

I've been using this app for years without much issues, but the past couple of months have been really frustrating. It's the same issue a lot of people have been describing here. When trying to watch a show, the VTM logo comes up, then it pauses, keeps trying to load, and then the image disappears, snow appears instead, and I get an error. I've filled in the vtmgo.be/technisch- form form.

I keep getting the same problem over and over again. Every time I try put watch a serie the logo of vtm comes up and then it keeps on loading. After turning the app on and off again a few times the episode is finally able to run. Then the commercial break comes up and same problem happens. In the middle of the commercial break it keeps on loading and need to turn it on and off again as a result that I can watch another 2 to 5 minutes of commercials again. This is really frustrating.

Lately I'm experiencing again a lot of problems, being the thing I want to watch getting stuck after the ads, even in the very beginning . Very annoying and a total waste of time.
