It would be nice to be able to use the bonus cheques and choose home delivery from the mobile app.

The app does not recognize a password that is valid on the website. I have not received any feedback on multiple requests to the developers over a period of 6 months! After experimenting I found that my password was too long for the app. After setting a much less secure password (only 32 characters and using less special characters) I am finally able to log on. Please allow the same strong passwords as are allowed on the website! And please respond to user requests!

Horrible app. Nothing works well: if you search for a product by name, it says error, if you try to find back your ususal products, error again, if you search by category, 0 results.... Useless. The website is also super slow, but at least works. This is why I ususlly buy from Delhaize, they have a much better app.

Very bad app. Cannot proceed with online shopping because in last step of registration in app (also not sure why different registration for app and Web site is need???) always fail. So I cannot use it, and to see the promotions I don't need app becouse I get it by post. Ecology is crying... 🤔 Carefour has to think about strict personal changes on app developers side considering so many negative feedback!

Yesterday i was logged out of the app and couldn't log back in. Today I succeeded, but I can't register to one of their bonus challenges: the terms & conditions dialogue box keeps appearing when clicking on the accept button without moving forward. Frustrating and unreliable.

The app is very good, but has a serious problem. From time to time it is being disconnected and the attempt to reconnect is not successful, claiming a wrong password even if it's not true
