Each workout is composed with 4 exercices divided into 3 sets with 6 reps minimum and 10 reps maximum.
If at least one set is under 6 reps, your weight will be decreased by 2kg and If you reach 10 reps at each set, your weight will be increased by 2kg in the next workout session with with this exercice.
