Really good app that has recently had things moved to less prominent locations (favourites list at the bottom of home [thx for notification], the 'downloads' list doesn't allow one to select a programme and read what it is about, and the list of programmes in the download queue [useful to reorder if you have occasional signal] has gone). Personally, I preferred functionality in the old app.

This app used to be navigable. Some bright spark has decided live TV is an explore feature and my programs (that I like) are only worthy of space at the bottom of the app screen. These changes are non intuitive - If you've nothing better to do, waste your time in some way that doesn't waste my time having to discover where previously sensibly placed features have moved to. Change for changes sake is pointless IMHO.

Completely impossible to navigate since the latest update. It's a mess now. Used to be really easy to find my child's CBeebies programmes. My 3 year old was able to find her favourite programmes herself, but now even I find it very difficult - and I'm not an idiot; I have a maths degree! So infuriating. Why mess up something that worked really well? Was it even tested before rolling out the new update? Please stop cutting and pasting the same reply & put it back to how it was before! Thank you.

Update: I need to change the email address and there's no option!!!Please, give option! Excellent! I love everything about it - I get offered next episodes and I can put my favourites together. An update: the app has grown enormously and taking too much memory. Update: HI, guys. There is no option to add to My favourite when I get suggestion about a programme. I have to go to search it and Then I can add it. Also I can't see the size of the file when downloading and for me it is important.

Works (ish) but awkward. There's no live TV option, so there's an hour to wait before being able to see it here. Where has the schedule & channels gone? If I want to find something I know was on TV but can't remember the name I'm utterly screwed now! I'm now going to have to start buying a bloody TV guide so I can find what things were! How backwards. If I want a streaming service I'd use YouTube, but I want a catch-up service, that's all.

This was a brilliant app, and I was really enjoying watching it on a daily basis. However, have now hit a rock, cannot watch anything. "Error, please exit the video and restart the application ". Have had no luck , have uninstalled, re-installed the app, still no joy. Any suggestions of help will be most welcome.
