My insurance choose Lyft. Had heard of you but never used you. You guys sent me a msg. on my phone saying I had a ride scheduled on my appt. time and exact pickup with a concierge. Shocked, scared, & confused, I called my city transit buses. They said thry are L-I-F-T. They knew who you were and said I would be fine & you sre a very good service. Service was fabulous. Great dricer, vety courteous. I had door service like a chauffeur.

i've NEVER done this before, this app. just talks about Lyft company, I do not understand HOW to log in a ride! every time I go back to previous screen, just telling you about Lyft...very confusing! how or what do I push in order to set up a ride here on my cellphone?

First of all on 12-6-18 it's thrus of raining & I feel like left u guys r taking advantage of the rain to hike ur prices double of what u normally charge. 98.65 to the VA hospital in West L.A . I'm 61 yrs. Old u guys don't have 2 worry bout me using left for a very long time. I wanna c will any one will respond to this & explain this outrageous price to me

Actually, if I could give you a negative star, I would do that. I ordered a Lyft today for a doctor's appointment, they never showed up. I never even received a text letting me know they would not be able to pick me up. Now I'm being charged for the trip. I am frustrated because I can't get in touch with them so that they can rectify this problem.

works but I didn't realize that when I scheduled a Lyft driver no one would show up. Thank God for James that actually stopped. you need a Customer service number for people to call !!!
