I am a subscriber to both the mobile and home +. The app is highly advertise but options do not work. Nothing works on the app. The cable option which was given for other devices which worked perfectly was removed and cancelled while this not working app was recommended. I am disappointed because my device was used to access my cable entertainment.

This was the best app ever!!!! I reset my phone and all of a sudden there's a new version that doesn't use account number for login and for some reason it won't let me in when I use my cell number or email. This has a lot of negative reviews it'd be best to roll back the software and use the old version which we were all happy with. Your competitor is winning where TV app is concern. Y'all need a quick fix....it's not a good look at all. My 5 star is for what this app used to be not what it is

The absolute worst! First of all it asks you to sign in multiple times, annoying but fine. Then when you do it says you need a plan. The app is clearly not able to get the details of my account. I don't understand how Digicel could publish publish this half-assed effort. It should be withdrawn, the functionality reviewed and then undergo thorough QA. Also, your SSO is unreliable garbage you should work on that too.

I dont have all of my channels. I cannot watch any of my channels for no longer than 5 seconds, I kid you not. The wifi signal strength is poor, on top of the fact that the channels keep rewinding themselves when the signal strength becomes poor... Digicel, I have been a customer for years, I demand satisfaction.

It plays most of the time but I greatly wish it has the pause and rewind features. The old version was better. Could you please make it also work as PiP on tablets?

Total Garbage after trying to logon to my existing account with no luck. Why did Digicel update a perfectly working app for this one that is asking we to pay for live TV. I wish the developers would listen to their customers.
