I just downloaded the application this afternoon and when I turned on to watch the program, I dont know if it was the network but it kept going off and it eventually went off..To get the program back it keeps downloading and the message appears on the screen as it cannot recognize it. Digical needs to look into this and make some improvement to rectify this problem.

This app is very good with 3G and 4G network only. I've been using it for almost a year now, the problem with it is that most time of the time when watching live game it goes off and load again for almost 20 to 30 minutes.

I bought a 30 Day Playgo Mobile TV Premium plan but unable to login to the app. App works when I buy additional data plan and stops when data runs out. Called Digicel Customer care but they seem to don't care at all. Digicel needs to address this as it seems to be double charging customers instead providing convenient paid service for customers.

It's a bad App! Don't ever want to download it because every time, it has to cut off without any signals from the site. Sometimes it may have not load properly.
