O‘rta Osiyo va Qozog‘iston musulmonlari diniy idorasi Shayx Muhammad Sodiq Muhammad Yusuf hazratlarini chet elga, ya’ni Liviya Arab Respublikasining Tripoli shahridagi Islomiy da’vat fakultetiga o‘qishga yubordi. Shayx Muhammad Sodiq Muhammad Yusuf hazratlari mazkur fakultetni 1980 yil imtiyozli tamomlab, yurtga qaytdi.

Shayx Muhammad Sodiq Muhammad Yusuf hazratlari O‘rta Osiyo va Qozog‘iston musulmonlari diniy idorasining tashqi aloqalar bo‘limida ishlab, bir paytda Oliy ma’hadda dars bergan. Keyin mazkur ma’hadda mudir noibi, so‘ngra mudir lavozimlarida ishlagan.

Shayx hazratlari Makkai Mukarramadagi “Butun Dunyo Islom Robitasi”ning ta’sis majlisi, Butun dunyo tasavvuf uyushmasi, Butun dunyo Islomiy xalqlari boshqaruvining bosh kotibiyati, Butun dunyo da’vat uyushmasi, Butun dunyo Ulamolari kengashi uyushmasi, Islomobod shahridagi Butun dunyo Islom uyushmasi, Makkai Mukarramadagi Butun dunyo mufakkir ulamolari yig‘inining ijroiya qo‘mitasi, Butun dunyo masjidlar uyushmasi, Iordaniyadagi Oli Bayt mussasasiga qarashli Islomiy fikrlar akademiyasi a’zosi edi.

Shuningdek, shayx hazratlari Misr Arab Respublikasi, Liviya Jamohiriyasi va Rossiya federatsiyalari kabi qator davlatlarning faxriy unvon va mukofotlari bilan taqdirlangan.
