Was a great app. Then the new update was released, forcing users to set up biometric security locks on their actual phone so the app can use the same log in data. What an absolute joke. I don't *want* to have a biometric security lock on my phone, and QUT has no business forcing students to use one.

The new qut app layout is much clearer and more friendly on my phone than the old app. I love the new bus pass feature and how it shows me the shuttle bus departure times. However, I am quite disappointed with the maps/searching for campus facilities feature - specifically, it doesn't show you where toilets and bathrooms are! (Or if it does, I cant for the life of me figure out how to show it!!). I think this is a strong limitation of the app!

Far worse than the old app. Doesn't keep you logged in, calendar barely works and has a worse layout, the campus map doesn't tell you what's on campus, doesn't link to your uni email anymore. About the only thing it has going for it is a slightly slicker UI but a good UI doesn't mean jack if it's worse content wise.

I much prefer the old app. This one feels too "crowded" in trying to make things condensed and simple. I really don't like the user experience...and actually can never get what I need from the app anymore. The 3 times I've opened it, the experience is so painful i just go to my computer.

Unsure how the developers lost features changing from the old app to this one. The inability to stay logged in, clearly see the map or use the callender are my biggest issues with the application.
