This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Product Compare Australia on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

Compare prices from all major retailers

We got sick and tired of buying rubbish appliances. We're sure you are too.

Yet finding the best item, that is in stock, at a reasonable price, is hard. In the past we picked a local electrical retailer, sorted the prices by low to high, then searched for reviews on the product.

We distrusted the reviews on the retailer's sites - they always seemed so positive. 8.8 stars out of 10 or 4.5 stars out of 5. So we had to Google it. Find a more independent review site - and hopefully they had that product listed.

This was time consuming, confusing and frustrating. Plus you had forgotten what you had seen if you didn't whip out a spreadsheet to keep track of it all.

You just wanted a decent fridge.

After spending the best part of your weekend searching for the right appliance. Do you now have the energy to price match every other retailer? Can you even remember all the places you should check? We couldn't

We also got a shock when we built our database.

If we had Product Compare earlier, would have saved a bundle. On an average $1100 appliance, we would have saved $200. More accurately - the average saving we find is 18%.

We also discovered that no retailer was worse or better than others. Sometimes a retailer is the most expensive for a product, sometimes the cheapest.

There were retailers that we didn't bother to price check, because "They are too expensive". They were often the cheapest. We had been wrong all along.
