Bad support. Driver did not deliver my order after picking it up. I called support and they did not allow a refund even after I said in-app credit was fine. Support had to call the driver for them to come back and deliver my food after 40 minutes. My food arrived cold. The store was 5 minutes away.

A truly terrible app and terrible communication, the delivery time is usually an hr from ordering and the driver then failed to show up to the vendor to pick up by at least 30 minutes, in the end we had to do our own pick up. I would give this zero stars if I could. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP

I love all these “foodie” wannabes. Service 99.9% of the time is great. Try writing a review that other than negative. Super convenient Super fastSuper interactive Nothing to complain about.
