Always late for at least 15 mins than the estimation time. Don't understand it can takes 15 mins for UBEReats delivery, but for this company , it can takes up to 1.5 hours. Some delivery guys were rude and not passing the food ordered right in front the gate/door of the customers. The credit/debit card surcharge is high. Will not recommend to others.

Overall okay, location part need to improve, cannot pin my house. Cannot chat with rider, inconvenient to tell rider about accurate house location. Delivery fee is more expensive with grab or panda if your distance is more than 5km with merchant. Time waiting to chat with operator is okay. May improve more to be user friendly.

Provide cheaper food and delivery fee. Direct call customer service will respond fast, not like other customer service need to go through many step. If the delivery got any problem, customer service will call or msg me the reason.

Let me tell you guys what is wrong with Buy@Home. I used to like it like very much. It was fast and easy. Well things have changed 1. I don't know why merchant takes almost 10 minutes to accept order. 2. Once your food is ready for pick up, rider can change up to 6 person until it is picked up. You have wasted almost 40 mins there. 3. Don't expect to chat with them, you will be put on queue till forever and they'll end the chat without responding.

Cannot pinpoint my house. Seems like the Google Map used for this application is useless. At the end, I just uninstall it.

Good app. Provide the cheapest option for food delivery. Might actually be the best option. Able to order from multiple shops, and it took less than 20mins. Keep up the good work!
