As others have said, constant connection issues with the backend. It's good when it works, but it doesn't happen often. Actron need to step up and fix this or open up the platform so someone else can build a working controller.

Great when it works, which it rarely does. Constantly failing to connect, logging me out and then failing to log me back in, displaying the wrong temperatures, not accurately showing which rooms are on or off... The list is endless. Good heating and cooling system, but my god the app is absolute trash and may as well not exist.

Useless with it's constant connection issues. Tried uninstall and reinstall numerous times but connection error reoccurs. Dissapointed as it has been ongoing issue for past 8 months or so. Thousands of dollars spent into an aircon system that generated it's company profit and being provided with this bottom of the shelf app that apparently hasnt had an update since 2018 despite the amount of negative feedback from it's users.

This app is useless -cannot control the system via app..When you try to turn it off via app,it shows that it goes off then comes back ok-ilooks like it hasn't been updated for a very long time.-come on guys update the app.

App looks great and would be great if it maintained a connection. Constantly get the gateway access error basically rendering the app useless most of the time. Very disappointed. Actron really need to fix this app considering the extra money you pay for the Que system.

Disappointed Spends more time offline than online. Continues to have the 504 gateway problem and times out when trying to log in. Nil help from actron, they never return calls. No matter how many times you install and reinstall the app or log out and log back in again, it never holds a connection. Very upset that a feature we really wanted to use is unstable to the point we really can't use it. If you are looking to buy actron for the remote access or wireless abilities, look elsewhere
