This app recently received a makeover which resulted in a serious downgrade. Beyond missing functionality, this new version saw fit to delete all the customers' data, from order history and favourites to payment methods and current shipping carts. Ridiculous. RE Dev response: spoke with BILLA customer serv. before posting this review, where I was told I'd have to live with these downgrades. Don't you people communicate with one another? BTW: repairing something you broke is NOT "optimizing". :)

So... there was an upgrade to this less than optimal "upgrade" promised - in October! Nothing has changed since then. The app still doesn't have a favourite option even though that was promised "soon" when I mailed customer services 5 weeks ago. How long will it still take to get the bugs out of this beta version?

This is such a great application for online shopping at Billa. You can use it like a grocery list over the course of a week (or weeks) and then finally place an order when you are ready - it remembers everything you put in the shopping cart. It knows all your special offers so you can apply them at Check-Out. You can store your list of Favourites and use it for future orders and even order items you've ordered before via looking at previous orders. Developers could learn a lot from this app!

I can't order from the store's entire product range, and the gluten-free ordering options are downright poor. The search engine and filter are quite weak.
