This app has made my life simple and I no longer have to carry my textbooks around. I love it!!

DO NOT GET IT!!! It doesn't work, the book I ordered never showed in my library. The support is useless, it took a week to get any response, then they couldn't figure out what was wrong. Then I was offered a refund but it would take another 7 days to get my money back. Its a shame, I like having ebooks but don't waste your time getting them through this app

Just about the poorest customer experience I've had. First attempt at eBook and I vow not to buy another. Poking around my tiny phone just to get to read my purchase. Two hours later and I have managed to download the App - and my book is there . Now all I get is a warning saying 'Activation is in progress. Please try again later." What's wrong with being able to dowload the *epub to my PC and activating through the many commercially available DRM readers, such as Adobe Digital editions?

The eBooks are sold at reasonable price. The problem starts when you log in to your Co-op e Reader. It just showing random name and random email address when you log in. You have 1 in 20-30 chances to see stuff that you bought. However, a few minutes after seeing the right library content, everything went to Chaos again. They don't even try to resolve the matter. It abuse the customers' trust. I am not sure I will get refund but I will ask for it. I still have good faith in eBooks, but no longer from this provider.
