El proyecto TVUNCo desde que lo entendió como un proyecto de inclusión que, sin soslayar la responsabilidad intransferible del estado para con la UNIVERSIDAD en la educación pública, utiliza las nuevas herramientas que nos aportan las nuevas tecnologías para mejorar las posibilidades que los estudiantes tienen de cursar exitosamente las carreras de la facultad de Ingeniería, especialmente en los primeros años que suelen ser un duro obstáculo a sortear.
