A Rewards but with Expiry! A Useless Rewards! Why it should have an expiry??? And why it was called Rewards when it has an expiry??? I think its not an appropriate to call it as Rewards. Maybe you can work this out, to improve it to a Rewards with no expiry because its already EARNED buy Purchasing and Paying our BILLS on TIME and IN FULL. This is a Feedback and a Concern from your valued subscribers that you need to improve this kind of REWARDS!!!

After few tries of entering otp, it only says invalid otp where in fact I am using the otp they sent just minutes ago.
