This is where the 1SG's and CSM's Questions come from when they ask them while sitting on the promotion and competition boards. The study site and the Apps are maintained by Senior NCO's with decades of Leadership experience and who have served on hundreds of promotion and competition boards. These NCO's have personally sit on both promotion boards and competition boards. So they know what our Future Leaders need to learn and be prepared to become Leaders themselves. It has most all the subjects on your BN or BDE MOI's that you will need to get your promotable status. It contains 43 Subjects and almost 3,800 questions and answers. The App was made and designed to allow all busy Army Soldiers and Leaders to listen to the questions and answers. To prepare Soldiers and NCO's for the promotion and competition boards instead of having to read each question and answer.
