This seems to be a copy of the original Jose Silva text published in 1977. Infringement issues aside, content is the same as the book; excellent. Especially since the Silva method has been heavily monetized over the years, it's all the more valuable to access the unadulterated text. For those interested, know that the contents within are a lifelong discipline of growth, evolution and understanding. Often not a path yielding instant gratification, instances of quick benefits are known. Good luck
