This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing STO Guides - (For PC) on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

usually a great app, but after the latest update, none of the pages load, so all the cheat sheet, lore, dil farm guide etc pages are just blank below the header.

terrible app out of date. like devs no longer support full of adds. no support for console version of startrek online. have load explorer to use skill planner which seems so unresponsive

*Network Communication
Some pages in the app load from the internet, This is done so that the pages can be updated server-side, so that you always have the latest guides without having to update the app itself.

*Vibrate
Due to the unusual way that the MIT App Inventor works, this permission was added because I added Sounds into the app. (Yeah, makes no sense to me either)
Either way, Sound.Vibrate is never triggered by the app itself, so this permission can be ignored.
