Designer got back to me. One needs to enter or push the done button each time a number is entered into the app form. I'm getting the same numbers now as long hand but much faster.

Great app does what it claims. One small issue relates to font size selection in Android. If you choose a larger system font size, both your input and the results are not visible.

About this app

If you are a Canadian who buys gas in the US, this simple, easy to use app is for you. It calculates how much money you save each time you fill up.

It does all the conversions for you, including gallons to litres and CDN $ to US $, taking the exchange rate into account.

Since exchange rates vary from place to place ( banks, credit card, duty free store ), you can enter your own exchange rate. Your rate will be saved until you change it.

You can also enter the price of gas back home to find out how much you saved. This price is also saved until you change it.

UPDATES :
It now displays how much you just spent on your current fill-up.
History page, were you can see how much you have spent and saved. The totals for both are also displayed.
