This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing dictation diktata on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. Very good English voice recognition. Could have better instructions like how to enter punctuation. But biggest improvement would be if it would keep recording until I tell it to stop rather than stopping whenever I take a breath. I would pay for that feature.

Diktata Share practicing dictation
This app serves as a dictation - reader and dictation - creator. You can talk and S-Voice recognizes the spoken text and adds it to each other. You can also edit the dial pad. Once you have the text together you could play it in three different speeds and three vocal mode. You can play the text also repeatedly ie S-voice reads two times in sentence lengths from point to point. This is setup in the settings menu.
You have the option of your dictation - to share with other text. What is helpful with homework if the dictation has been forgotten in the school.
Ideal for practice dictations.
