Concert is pretty much officially canceled. Sofi Tukker isn't even listed in the events anymore, and the show was postponed twice. Really doubtful that they are going to put on an online show since they do it almost every day. But can't get a refund even though there's no record of the show anywhere, except a reciept from my email when I purchased tickets half a year ago. Still no refund...

I had NO experience, no music, no Charlie, but there was NO problem with the $20 taken from my account. I tried EVERYTHING to connect for over 45 minutes, I am EXTREMELY disappointed and would NOT recommend this app to anyone. Save your money, go see your favorite artist in person.

Paid to watch a video live.... Not enough interactive experience with artist and fans. No communication about how to get into the event with your camera and mic. Spent the entire concert crying trying to understand how to get into the event with no refund from customer service. Terrible first virtual experience :(

I paid for a concert and VIP. Not even half way through the concert it shut off my mic and my camera. Then when it was time for the after party I didn't get to participate like I should have been able to, for the money I spent. I am very upset.

I finally got the camera to work had to buy another device. It's not worth the money. You think paying the amount you pay would be worth it but its not. Didn't even get to talk to the star 😕. Guess I expeted more

Have been paying 100 bucks for the event and not even been invited to be turn on my camera....I'm so disappointed.... Will never ever watch live shows here. Guys, don't spend money here and it's just like watching video recordings....
