Asks for a lot of information that aren't necessarily required for authorizing a payment. Another thing, whatever information you add to your profile you can't delete. I wouldn't recommend it what so ever. Tamara is a great alternative and I've used it myself without any challenges to mention. In addition, I received an email after the review asking to communicate through email, which seems like a style to show like they care but even that is automated. They don't care and I don't care either.

Kinda hit or miss experience with its so called automated approval process. Sometimes they approve a 4k purchase and sometimes they deny a 200 purchase. No missed payments with them or any current pending payments either, so I guess our history with them is irrelevant. But overall tabby has the most variety of stores to shop from (if and when it works) compared to its competing apps. Try TAMARA, most people had better chances there.

Really waste application one the beginning stage to be honest it was really awesome 👍 and their service was also good. Now I'm facing an issue with tabby card unfortunately it's locked automatically even i didn't try once and I've contacted their chat support they are giving me a random solutions I'm really confused they are trained or they are just for the position. And now I'm not able to purchase through tabby then i contacted them by email and they were also helpless for the solution 😂

I changed my rating from 5 stars to 1 star. After my first purchase as a test was a success, i gave it a 5 star rating. I was very impressed. I immediately settled the total payments the next day. A few days later, I wanted to make a purchase again. I got rejected. Why? Their reasons for rejections absolutely do not apply to me. Also, apparently, their customer service felt very automated with preprogrammed answers. What a shame. Switching to Tamara.

This app works on my first transaction. Then after that, it never worked again. I don't have any amount due nor any delayed payment, yet the account was locked. I spoke to the customer online but didn't even resolve the issue. Wasn't helping and just keep on giving suggestions that weren't helpful at all. Like as if you are talking to a bot because they can not understand the situation and just give random answers without connection to the situation. Very disappointing. Tamara is way way better.

Very disappointed with the way the system is operated by tabby. I m using it first time to do the shopping from amazon. But the app is saying, the transaction can't be approved. And there is no proper reason mentioned for the denying of transaction. I m trying to link debit card with this app but showing something worng everytime even i tried another card . Its better for amazon and other seller to add another similar app and get rid of this worst app.
