I'm really struggling to connect my Skullcandy Crusher ANC to this app. First time I had some problems also, I had to restart it a couple of times and play with power up and off for a while, then to reconnect it, it was not working at all. Done the reset and nothing. It's really a nightmare. Update: Really nice now, keep in mind you have to turn on GPS in order to connect it.

The app does what I need it to, but I feel it could be made better with minimal effort. For one, I'd like my preference for ambiant and noise cancelling modes to be saved, so I don't have to manually turn it on every time. Also, I'd like an option to disable the earbud's touch controls (or button controls, depending on earbud model).

App needs to be able to run in the background while keeping a Bluetooth connection in order to actually work, because the second you click away from the app it loses its connection to Bluetooth therefore no longer works. As of now app is useless.

Just got the Indy Evo earbuds. No problems with the app so far, but my one complaint is that the app doesn't let us change EQ Mode like we can turn ambient mode on/off. You have to be very precise with tapping the sensors on the earbuds, so if you already have your phone out it would be easier to just open the app and change modes that way. Would also make the earbuds more accessible for people who can't tap the sensors bc of a movement disability.

I downloaded the app and tried, I felt disappointed from the tuning. I followed the steps and I realized that I should have left it in default because the pitches that tuned was spiking my ears a little. But the real reason, I why I buy skull candy in the first place was the bass was underwhelming. I like listening to the beat but in its configuration the bass is worse than the 15 and 10 dollar offerings and the app does not have a means to help or tune thats the real shame.

I absolutely love my Crusher Evos but the app doesn't work on my current phone. I have been using the app on my Samsung Tab S6 for almost a year and no problems at all until I switched to my phone and I noticed I haven't been using the app on my phone the whole time until now. The app UI itself is good, needs some polishing for tablets and aspect ratios though. I just wanted to sync my sound profile to my phone so I tried to pair it but it did not work. It recognizes them but fails to connect.
