Worst application and worst customer support you may get. Once you make a reservation, it is next to impossible to change it. And I am referring to the first 15 minutes after you place your order. Mistakes are forbidden, or else you pay for it. Application has a customer support tab that They only reply to your query hours afterwards. Very bad experience with the company and application.

Service is good but the app always has problems. Difficult to make payment. Too many payment errors. Customer service poor takes long time to respond

Terrible customer service. Responding after hours. Not replying questions. Telling me read terms (I've already did several times) what's your purpose then? I would book for months.even year. It's good only 1 session trial!. Looks like they don't need costumer. Thanks.

Really bad experience. The driver never call or notify us early when they we will arrive NOR receive an SMS. The driver just call us only when he is on location and most of the time arrive early by an hour. In summary, Bad communication with the customer.
