There are 27 questions that never change, don't get shuffled, aren't updated or refreshed, and the answers to those questions don't get shuffled either. The flash cards need work. Write out the info in the form of a question or scenario. One card had the word restricted on the front, automatically you think a definition is wanted, but on the flip side the answer is, an employee calls out because of " " illness. The app has incorrect answers to some of the questions. I'm not sure if it's a different version of servsafe or something, but it gave an explanation that was incorrect for questions. For example, it asked how long you must keep the tag attached to a box of seafood... the official servsafe course says you must keep the tag on until the box is empty, and then keep it in record for 90 days after. The app marked this wrong and said you must keep it attached to the box for 90 days??? That's not righ
